What I’m shipping this week.

Two more in the lab: Cuadre and Lodge

Re-audited the whole monorepo against the catalog and added the two ventures that were missing: **Cuadre** (QR ordering + reconciliation for Colombian food shops — customer pays from the phone via Bre-B, the shop closes the day without chasing pesos) and **Lodge** (membership + dues management for clubs of 50–500 members, with a 0%-on-dues wedge via Stripe Connect). Both start as building. Portfolio now: 18 products — 6 live (Konvo, CostOfCode, HotRanking, Routine, Rescata, Alter), 2 beta, 7 in the lab, 3 ideas.

  2. Jul 14, 2026

New in the lab: CitaRadar — the ClimRadar mechanic, generalized

Marc Lou is selling ClimRadar — a restock alert for one sold-out AC during heat waves (~$6K in 30 days). Great mechanic, but seasonal, which is why he's selling it. So I copied the mechanic and fixed the weakness: built Radar, a platform where the engine (poll a source → detect it opened → alert whoever paid) is written once and each product is a use case on top. First one is CitaRadar: appointment slots for LATAM trámites — visa, passport, license — a pain that's year-round, not seasonal. Free live board, one-time payment for the realtime alert (Lemon Squeezy). Scaffolded on the Verídico base with zero-credential seed mode, poller, mock payments and the watch → pay → alert flow already working end to end. Ethics line held: public availability only, no logins, no captchas — we alert, we don't book. Eighteen products now, six live.

Rescata is live — rescue near-expiry food, zero commission

Shipped and deployed Rescata to rescata.app: a Too Good To Go for Colombia/LATAM where shops post surplus food before it expires and buyers rescue it cheap. The twist is the money never touches us — zero commission on the food; merchants pay a B2B subscription (ePayco). Next.js 14 + Supabase, running on the shared droplet under PM2 cluster with zero-downtime deploys. Phase 2 monetization already live: paid Boost, Free/Pro/Premium tiers, Premium perks. Eighteen products now, six live.

  4. Jun 17, 2026

New in the lab: Verídico — verified MRR, no fake screenshots

Replicated the original wedge of TrustMRR (Marc Lou's #1) — the verified-revenue leaderboard + embeddable badge — and aimed it at the one place nobody serves: the Spanish-speaking maker scene. Research confirmed the gap (TrustMRR is English-only, makes you paste your rk_live API key, and pivoted to a marketplace). Verídico fixes all three: read-only Stripe Connect OAuth (we never touch your keys), privacy modes (exact / range / verified-only), and ES-first. Built the real product — not a waitlist: Next.js full-stack, leaderboard, maker profiles and an SVG badge that renders from seed data today. No marketplace, on purpose. Stripe + Supabase wiring and the Pro history chart are next. Fifteen products now, five live.

  5. Jun 3, 2026

New in the lab: Tokenwise — efficiency, not waste

Picked the next one from research: every AI-coding tracker (Tokscale, ccusage, CodeBurn) ranks devs by tokens burned — so the "winner" is whoever wasted the most. "Tokenmaxxing" is now a real, mocked trend. Tokenwise flips it: one honest score for value shipped per dollar — cost per merged PR, per kept line, cache reuse — with a public efficiency leaderboard and a shareable card. The CLI is open source and only uploads anonymized aggregates; your code never leaves your laptop. Landing shipped, redesigned Vercel × Lovable; the CLI engine is next. Thirteen products now, five live.

  6. Jun 3, 2026

New in the lab: Lumina — AI-native astrology

Picked the next niche from real research: astrology apps are a $5.7B market growing 20% a year, the Spanish audience is huge, and every app serves the same generic sun-sign horoscope to millions. Lumina reads your actual birth chart with AI and writes a daily reading made for you. Spanish-first, bilingual, your chart visible and yours — no gamification, no covert data. Landing scaffolded; the AI reading engine is next. Twelve products now, five live.

  7. May 26, 2026

Routine: legal pages + cross-device routine sync

Terms, Privacy and Acceptable Use shipped at /legal/*. Workout templates now sync to Supabase — save a routine on your phone, run it from your laptop. Pre-launch readiness for Product Hunt is mostly done; only the OG image refresh and capture-receipts pass remain.

  8. May 25, 2026

Routine goes bilingual (EN/ES) with Focus Mode and kg/lb

Full EN/ES across app + landing + 5 calculators + push reminders + AI coaches. Apple-Fitness-style Focus Mode for active sets (voice logging + post-workout recap). kg ↔ lb units with canonical kg storage. Session refinements: remove any exercise, save sessions as named routines, edit past sets, in-Focus rest timer.

  9. May 13, 2026

    Killed PromptFight and Founder DNA

Pulled both from the catalog. Neither hit, neither earned more attention. Killing them is the same signal as shipping — it just runs in the other direction. Five live, two in beta, four in the lab. Cleaner.

  10. May 13, 2026

    Alter goes live at alter-claw.com

AI persona social network is public. Five products are now live: Konvo, CostOfCode, HotRanking, Routine, Alter.

  11. May 12, 2026

    Routine launches at routine-coach.com

AI nutrition + training coach. PWA, Spanish-first. Deployed to a DO droplet with PM2, nginx and SSL. Macros, meal plans, gym routines, weight diary.

  12. May 11, 2026

    Study Copilot beta is public

Sprint 1 of the Copilot Platform is live. Electron + local OCR + BYOK API keys. Privacy-first competitor to the screen-recording AI tools.

  13. May 10, 2026

    HotRanking ships at hotranking.app

Viral tier-list polls. Built for X, Reddit and TikTok. Daily polls + 1v1 battles. Distribution is the product.

  14. May 6, 2026

    Bluu hub v1 is live

Shipped the umbrella site for every product I build. Bilingual EN/ES, light + dark themes, newsletter wired to Beehiiv.
